We will be accepting bids in Fijian Dollars for the vehicle to be sold in bid form (see attached document).

Please send your offer by completing the bid form together with supporting documents via email to [email protected]. Subject of email should state ‘Bid for Used Vehicle Sale’.

The package should include the completed (signed) form, together with legible copies of your valid photo ID and TIN.

Deadline for submission is: 5 p.m. Friday 10 June 2022.

Only applications received via e- and complying with the instructions laid out on our website will be considered. Late offers will not be considered.

All offers will be analysed by an auction committee designated according to the rules. The highest or any bid need not necessarily be accepted.

Please note that:

• The Delegation will not supply additional information or discuss the sale by telephone: please address any queries concerning the sale to [email protected].
• Bids are not negotiable once submitted.
• All costs incurred during the sale or transfer, taxes and any other administrative expenses must be met by the successful bidder.
• The vehicle can be seen by appointment. Interested parties should send an email to [email protected]  to make an appointment.
• Payment must be made in FJD.
• All vehicles are sold as is, in their present condition with no guarantee or warranty.
• Successful bidder will be informed via telephone or email no longer than 7 working days after the closing date of the tender.
• Handover of the vehicle will be done after 100% payment.
• This invitation is in no way binding to the Delegation.
