Call for expression of interest – Provision for local and international courier services
a) accessibility by telephone or e-mail during working hours of the Delegation (from 08:30am to 4:30pm during working days),
b) providing a professional, high-quality, proactive and customer-oriented service;
c) delivering optimum cost-efficient solutions: the most economic delivery options, if applicable;
d) availability of online tracking system with possibility to track the sent mail or parcel by the representative of the Contracting Authority.
The Contractor shall be able to deliver by air/ground the documents and parcels collected from the EU Delegation to the recipient at the destination point and safeguard its protection during door-to-door delivery.
The Contractor shall collect the documents and parcels at the Delegation's office address upon request of the authorised person of the EU Delegation, provide, if required, the relevant packaging and complete all export and
import formalities in Fiji and destination country.
The services shall be provided to all countries in EU member states, Pacific Islands.
The indicative tender launch date is 06 February, 2024
