The European Union Bushfire Schools Festival is an event held at Malkerns, a small town near Manzini in Eswatini. The event has been held annually for seven years now with different themes for each year. The event is organised for high school leaners from across Eswatini. This annual event is held ahead of the internationally-acclaimed Bushfire music and art festival in the Kingdom, which normally takes place at the end of May.

This year on 25 May 2023 close to 600 learners from the different local schools took part in the EU Bushfire Schools Festival 2023 under the theme: Youth and Skills Development. The festival's goal was to provide the Emaswati youth with an alternative career path and increase their potential for a meaningful life through the cultural and creative sectors. This was done in addition to assisting the students in exploring and honing their artistic abilities.
