The team braved the rain and rallied at Otres Beach in Sihanoukville where we collected 15 bags of litter. Team Europe in Cambodia is committed to protecting our oceans and preserving the beauty of our coastline!  

All the waste collected was handed over to TONTOTON, an organisation who have made it their mission to create a circular solution for all types of plastic waste. The day started with a tour of TONTOTON’s material recovery facility, where our team learned how to sort the plastic that is collected from the coast and how to identify the different kinds of plastic so we can make better choices in our day-to-day lives.
