The Delegation of the European Union to Australia is launching a call for tender using a negotiated procedure in order to procure superintendent services for the new offices project.

The Delegation of the European Union to Australia is launching a call for tender using a negotiated procedure in order to procure superintendent services for the new offices project in the non-exhaustive general list below:

  • Act as the superintendent for the relocation of the offices of the EU Delegation (the project).
  • Provide frontline analysis of any document provided by the contractor or any stakeholder of the project; make counter-proposals.
  • Attend local meetings with the contractor and the EU Delegation.
  • Follow-up the design and fit-out work progress in liaison with the contractor.
  • Coordinate the provisional and final acceptance of the works and the delivery of the project.
  • Facilitate the preparation of the move and the briefing of the Delegation staff on the building.
  • Facilitate the temporary closure of the current EU Delegation premises.
  • Coordination with EEAS Headquarters and support in the decision-making process.
  • Regular report to the architects in Headquarters.

Estimated duration of the contract: 9 months, with a maximum period of 24 months.

The place of performance: Canberra.
