The Austrian Development Agency (ADA) is the Operational Unit of the Austrian Development Cooperation. ADA has been delegated to implement the project “EU Support to Integrated Water Management” (EUSIWM) within the framework of the EU’s Pre- Accession Assistance Programme (IPA) for Albania for 2016. This project is co-funded by the European Union (EU) and the Austrian Development Cooperation. 

ADA intends to conclude the following service contracts for the provision of technical consultancy services:  

• International Expert for Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA)  

• International Expert for Public Participation (PP)  

• International Gender Expert
