The Austrian Development Agency (ADA) is the Operational Unit of the Austrian Development Cooperation. ADA has been delegated to implement the project “EU Support to Integrated Water Management” (EUSIWM) within the framework of the EU’s Pre- Accession Assistance Programme (IPA) for Albania for 2016. This project is co-funded by the European Union (EU) and the Austrian Development Cooperation.

ADA intends to conclude the following service contracts for the provision of technical consultancy services: 

• National Expert for Financial Assessment for Implementation of the New Legislation for Water Resources Management
• National Expert for Economic and Financial Assessment of RBM Plans
