The Delegation of the European Union to Albania plans a series of procurement procedures for 2025 in execution of its administrative budget with the aim to conclude contracts for the below listed services or supplies;

1. Leasing of photocopy machine (deadline for expression of interest 10/02/2025)
2. Purchase of service vehicles (deadline for expression of interest 30/04/2025)
3. Shredding and recycling services (deadline for expression of interest 30/04/2025) 
4. Supply of drinking water for the EUDEL Offices (deadline for expression of interest 30/04/2025)
5. Supply of office furniture  (deadline for expression of interest 30/04/2025)
6. Supply of IT/Communication items (deadline for expression of interest 30/04/2025)
7. Supply of uniforms for drivers (deadline for expression of interest 30/05/2025)
8. International courier services (deadline for expression of interest 30/05/2025)
9. Car services for EUDEL service vehicles (deadline for expression of interest 30/05/2025)
10. Provision of flight tickets for official travels (deadline for expression of interest 30/06/2025)
11. Internet service (wi-fi) for the EUDEL Offices and Residence (deadline for expression of interest 30/06/2025)
12. Maintenance of the Airco system and solar panels (deadline for expression of interest 30/09/2025)
13. Maintenance of house power generator (deadline for expression of interest 30/09/2025)
14. Supply and delivery of Albanian daily newspapers (deadline for expression of interest 30/10/2025)
15. Maintenance and refill of fire extinguishers (deadline for expression of interest 30/10/2025)
16. Supply of office stationery and paper (deadline for expression of interest 30/10/2025)

Specialised economic operators are invited to express their interest in participating in these tenders by sending an email with relevant information of the company and the offered services to:

For subjects where the deadline for expression of interest is already fixed, this date will be last date for expressing interest (the closing date). For other subjects the deadline for expression of interest will be indicated next to the subject at least two weeks before the closing date.

The launching of each specified procurement procedure is done after the deadline for expression of interest as set per each topic individually.

• The EU Delegation to Albania will contact interested economic operators only at the moment a procurement procedure is launched. 
• The EU Delegation to Albania does not commit itself to award any of the mentioned contracts. Under no circumstances may the Delegation of the European Union to Albania be obliged to conclude a contract on the basis of an expression of interest.
