5. Maintenance of copy machines (deadline for expression of interest 08/04/2024)
6. Satellite phones subscription and maintenance (deadline for expression of interest 30/06/2024)
7. Radio Repeater maintenance and purchase of radios (deadline for expression of interest 30/06/2024)
8. Supply of English Newspaper (deadline for expression of interest 30/06/2024)
9. Maintenance of shredding machines (deadline for expression of interest 10/04/2024)
10. Shredding services of official papers (deadline for expression of interest 30/11/2024)
11. Supply of IT/Communication items (deadline for expression of interest 30/06/2024)
12. Supply of office furniture (deadline for expression of interest 20/04/2024)
13. Supply of electrical appliances (deadline for expression of interest 30/05/2024)
14. Supply of uniforms for drivers (deadline for expression of interest 30/06/2024)
15. Supply of toners for printers and photocopy machines (deadline for expression of interest 30/06/2024)
16. Organisation of a series of press trips with journalists on behalf of the EU Delegation to Albania (deadline for expression of interest 11/04/2024)
17. Organisation of an artistic event or an awareness campaign that promotes women’s rights and their empowerment in the Albanian cultural scene. (Deadline for expression of interest 22/04/2024)
18. Organisation of a series of events that promote human rights and raise awareness on environmental issues through arts and culture (Deadline for expression of interest 23/8/2024)
19. Multidimensional event on Albanian culture and music (Deadline for expression of interest 13/5/2024)

Specialised economic operators are invited to express their interest in participating in these tenders by sending an email with relevant information of the company and the offered services to: [email protected]

For subjects where the deadline for expression of interest is already fixed, this date will be last date for expressing interest (the closing date). For other subjects the deadline for expression of interest will be indicated next to the subject at least two weeks before the closing date.

The launching of each specified procurement procedure is done after the deadline for expression of interest as set per each topic individually.

• The EU Delegation to Albania will contact interested economic operators only at the moment a procurement procedure is launched.

• The EU Delegation to Albania does not commit itself to award any of the mentioned contracts. Under no circumstances may the Delegation of the European Union to Albania be obliged to conclude a contract on the basis of an expression of interest.
