The beach clean action took place on 21 September as part of the global  #EUBeachCleanup campaign with the Smurfs.

"We collected more than 180 bags of plastic and waste that is damaging Albania's beautiful coast and sea," said one of the volunteers. "United, we did our part in the fight to #BeatPlasticPollution and eliminate #MarineLitter!"
