Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina benefit from visa-free travel to Schengen countries since 2010. Bosnia and Herzegovina is a partner country of Erasmus+, the EU's program supporting education, training, youth and sport in Europe.

Travel to the EU

Since December 2010, BiH citizens holding biometric passports are able to travel without a visa to all the countries within the Schengen Area as well as Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus and Croatia. 

If you need to apply for a visa for any reason, please contact the relevant consular office for the EU Member State to which you wish to travel.
