Head of EU Delegation to Belarus Steen Noerlov
Chargé d'Affaires e.p. Steen Noerlov took up duties as Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Belarus in July 2023. As a Danish diplomat for more 25 years, Mr Noerlov served in Brussels, Beirut and Moscow from where he covered Belarus. Mr. Noerlov also has experience from UN, OSCE and the Council of Europe, including in management positions.
